The North Mor Elementary School Library Media Center's Acceptable Use policy is based on the school's YOU RULE standard of behavior:

- Respect the materials and property of the NME library media center
- Use a "zero" or "one" level voice only so that other students are not disturbed
- Keep library materials safe and clean when at home
- Return all library materials on time and in good condition
- Never bring food, drink or gum into the library
- Respect themselves by having a positive attitude and showing self control
- Respect others by cooperating and sharing
- Respect our time by coming in quickly and quietly, and by starting and stopping on time
